Excellent hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Planned to see Rome major attractions and it was amazing base for visiting all of them. Lovely employees helped us a lot.

The rooms are new-fashioned and well-appointed, with central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV.

Everything was excellent, including very approachable staff and favourable location near everything. Location: the hotel was short walk to all central Rome Sant Angelo and many excellent local eateries and the river. Pizzeria Zucchero e Farina was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room we got was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Every staff member we met was super friendly and helpful. Plus, this place is in such a great location, close to everything you need 🌟

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right on a busy avenue, making it easy to explore the city. The Trevi Fountain was just a short walk away, allowing us to visit it multiple times during our stay. The rooms were modern and clean, with luxurious bathrooms and stunning views from the windows. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the common area had a great selection of snacks and beverages.

The housekeeping service could have been improved slightly. There were instances where the bed sheets were not changed and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for multiple guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Charme 308! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many highlights of the city and delicious local eateries. Our room had a stunning view, and the common area provided a comfortable place to relax with snacks and coffee. The front desk staff, especially Anthony, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.

The suites of Charme 308 were absolutely stunning with a beautiful city view. The room had everything we needed, from a 32" LCD TV and free Wi-Fi to tea and coffee facilities and a minibar. It felt luxurious and made us feel like VIP guests. The private bathroom was also a highlight, with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a bidet. As a family with children, we loved the comfortable and well-equipped room.

Personally, I found the size of the bathroom at Charme 308 a bit small. But that's just my opinion, and others might still find it perfectly fine.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay despite being situated on a busy road. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I particularly appreciated the tearoom/sitting room, where I could make myself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the complimentary snacks provided. I had an amazing experience at Charme 308 and would highly recommend it.

While my stay was nearly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower door in my room leaked, causing some water to escape onto the bathroom floor.

This place was great! The location was spot on - I could walk to all the cool spots in no time. And they had these awesome double windows that kept out all the noise from the street. The room was really nice and bright, unlike some other places I've stayed in Rome. Plus, there was this cool common area where you could make your own coffee and tea. Such a luxury touch!

Okay, there were a couple of downsides. First, there was no info desk or staff around, which was a bit inconvenient.

loved my stay in rome and charm308 made it even better! great location, central to everything. felt like a luxury apartment, not a hotel. managers were super helpful and responsive. would definitely stay here again.
